Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Dallas TechFest 2011. Our event will be held on the University of Texas at Dallas Campus on August 12th and 13th and has an expected attendance of 500 professional developers working with languages including Java, PHP, Python, Flex, ColdFusion and the .NET Framework.
In our forth year of this highly successful conference we are offering two levels of sponsorship. Dallas TechFest has been run annually since 2008 and in 2009 it drew in over 400 software developers from throughout the region. Platinum - $5,000
Limits: 1 Software Vendor, 1 Consulting Company, 1 Staffing Firm
Our Platinum sponsors are the heart of the conference; their logos will be featured prominently in all marketing and communication materials with links provided to their website, they will be allowed to insert up to 10 pages or CDs into the conference attendee bag, they will be provided a large table space at the conference, and will be given 10 passes to the event to use as they wish.
In addition, Platinum sponsors will have a large presentation room named after their company or product for the event, and be given the opportunity to shortly (less than 2 minutes) address the attendees in each session in that room and introduce the speaker for that session. In addition, if all rooms are not sponsored then Platinum sponsors will have the opportunity to sponsor additional rooms for $500 per room on a first come, first served basis.
Finally, Platinum sponsors will receive the list of attendees with all contact information provided to Dallas TechFest during registration within 7 days of the conference.
Gold - $3,000
Our Gold sponsors will have their logos will be featured in all marketing and communication materials with links provided to their website, they will be allowed to insert up to four pages or CDs into the conference attendee bag, they will be provided a table space at the conference, and will be given 4 passes to the event to use as they wish.
In addition, Gold sponsors will have a presentation room named after their company or product for the event, and be given the opportunity to shortly (less than 2 minutes) address the attendees in each session in that room and introduce the speaker for that session.
Finally, Gold sponsors will receive the list of attendees with all contact information provided to Dallas TechFest during registration within 30 days of the conference.
